VETERANS.
Mates, Volunteers and Health Educators - a Recipe for Health and Well-Being.
Veterans are at the forefront of a program which is aiming to raise awareness of
men's health issues by encouraging Veterans in the community to share the
responsibility for managing their health and well being.
Veterans committee members from the ( Men's Health Peer Education Program ),
sponsored by the Federal Government through the Department of Veterans Affairs,
Volunteer Facilitators now working to introduce their mates to the benefits of
adopting a healthier lifestyle, if you are interested in coming to a meeting or
talking with some one, it's a chance to help yourself or your mates.
Back when we were in the Armed Forces, we stayed healthy because our lives
depended on it. That hasn't changed and staying healthy is probably more
important now that we are all that little bit older, your Wealthy if your
Healthy.
