 The queen rooms (1 x queen size bed) will be $100 per night including breakfast and our Twin share rooms (1 x queen bed and 1 x single bed) will be $120 per night including breakfast.
Please note that we have 4 twin rooms available (including 2 on the top floor) and 10 queen rooms available (including 2 on the top floor)

 Please note that we have 3 stories in the hotel and the elevator only services the bottom two of these floors.  If you decide to book the 4 rooms on the top floor the guests will need to leave the elevator on the second floor and take a flight of stairs up to the third.  

We will require one night deposit for each room to be paid by the beginning of July to secure the rooms for you.  We also have a 48 hour cancellation policy.  Cancelling any booking inside of 48 hours will result in one room nights fee being charged.  Cancelling bookings outside of the 48 hour policy will incur a $50 administration charge.
