Very many
thanks to you and the members and family of Vietnam Logistic Support Veterans
Association and Australian Navy in Vietnam Veterans’ Welfare Association for
your kind thoughts and good wishes and those absolutely beautiful flowers. They
lasted for nearly two weeks and were a great joy every time I looked at them.
The treatment is progressing well and the outlook is good. Although it’s not
too comfortable at times one must be grateful for all those advances in medical
technology! With warmest
regards to all,
A Small
donation to the Welfare Fund Anonymous
To the hard working group, thank you all for your hard work and patience with my claim. I hope this $500 donation will help others once again thank you. Jack & Deb

Just a short note. I am enclosing a copy of a report from Dr Gebauer and to say thank you for all your help on my claim, you have a very professional crew. Have enclosed a donation to help you continue. Ron C.
As you are
aware I have recently received a fair and favorable decision from Veterans
Affairs with TPI being granted. I know this would not have been possible without
the assistance and efforts given by you and your support staff at Leeuwin
Barracks. Yours
sincerely Jon W.
Please accept Judy’s and my sincerest thanks and appreciation for all your help with our D.V.A. claim, and so far, the great results. We both, while under extreme pressure from several quarters, gratefully acknowledge your compassion and understanding. Your team at H.M.A.S Leeuwin, (Leeuwin Barracks does not sound right!). Are all to be highly recommended as you and they are ALL VOLUNTEERS. Some people need to be reminded of this fact, but we say to all of you, THANKS. You and your delegates, office staff and especially “Aunty Kay”. Are so helpful and understanding during times that are distressful to people like us seeking help. We never knew such caring people existed till we came to Leeuwin seeking help. We thank each and every one of you. Please find enclosed a cheque from us to help you carry on your great volunteer work, and we hope it may contribute in some way towards some other Veteran being given the help and encouragement we experienced at H.M.A.S Leeuwin. Thank you all so much, Yours
Sincerely, Les D.
Sorry for not

good work, and thanks again Les W.
I wish to thank you and your team for the effort in getting me my pension. I am aware that if I had tried on my own I would have failed or taken a great deal longer to achieve what you guys did in a very professional manner. Once again I thank you and enclose a small donation for the association. – A Grateful
Veteran.

Just a short
note of my appreciation to you and your wonderful crew at Leeuwin. They were so
polite and helpful (and available). Whenever I called or dropped in for
information about my claim. My claim was approved two weeks ago and will go a
long way to improve a better quality of life. My thanks to you for coming in on
a “Tuesday” to process my claim after a bit of a mix up with timing. I wish
to forward a donation to the Association so that other Veterans can get the
assistance and guidance to help make their lives little better. I do not feel
pressured, obliged or a duty to offer this donation. Once again
thanks to you all Rick M.
Thanks to all the Team for all your help. Please accept my donation of $500. Ian G

Thank you for your initial help in originating my claim for Vet Affairs assistance for my future benefit related by my service career and its needs. I appreciate the concern given my by your counterpart and have told him so. But I, in my ignorance of the total package accept your decision to challenge the lumbar spondylosis section of the Vet Affairs decision and am penning the rely you recommended. I personally am heading north for two months. But will be directly in touch one way or another, on return. Please accept this donation on behalf of the organization you and we benefit, from and I sincerely value your advice and support for any future intervention you can assist me with. Regards Wayne.
